You know what to build
Free30-minute call, then team profiles
Tell us your automation backlog. We propose a team, share profiles and sample work, and send a written monthly quote.
Still deciding? Call anyway, and we will tell you honestly if the diagnostic fits better.
Not sure what to automate first
$104Diagnostic, answered in about 1 working week
A paid, written answer on one process: is it worth automating, what it would save and which tool fits. It becomes the team's first backlog item.
Then every team starts the same way
In plain words
What is an automation centre of excellence?
An automation centre of excellence (CoE) is one team that finds, prioritizes, builds and runs a company's automations under shared standards for quality, access and approvals. AI Automation Agency BD, an AI, data and IT services company based in Bangladesh, provides that team as a monthly service: we run the team, you set the priorities and approve every release.
Who does what, every week
You
- Set the priorities
- Approve every release
- Own everything that's built
The team
- Scores and ranks new ideas
- Builds and tests on a copy
- Watches live automations
- Writes the change log
- Replaces anyone who leaves
You don't hire or manage anyone. We run the team; you steer it.
One backlog
What can the team automate, and who decides what?
Every idea goes through one board. You choose the order, and nothing moves to Live without your approval.

How it works
What does the team do: discover, prioritize, build and run?
In four steps: ideas come in, the team scores and builds them, you approve every release, and every change is logged. Pick a step to see it run.
Discover
Scores each new idea for value and effort, adds clear wins to the backlog and asks you about the rest.
Illustrative models. Your systems, rules and limits are mapped before the build.

Test it
Try before you commit
Start with a paid trial week on your real backlog, and stop if it isn't right.
Own it
Own everything built
Code, automations and documentation are built in your accounts and belong to you.
Compare
How is this different from hiring developers or running projects?
Three ways to get automation built. Each one is right for someone, so here is the honest split.
Hire developers
- Who manages the peopleYou do
- When someone leavesYou recruit again
- Rules across buildsYours to write and enforce
- Best whenYou want automation as an in-house skill
Run separate projects
- Who manages the peopleEach vendor
- When someone leavesEach vendor's problem
- Rules across buildsSet again for each project
- Best whenYou only need one process automated: a project is cheaper
A dedicated team
- Who manages the peopleWe do
- When someone leavesA named replacement picks up from the change log
- Rules across buildsOne set for every build
- Best whenYou have several ideas and no owner for them
A good fit if
- You have several automation ideas and no owner for them
- You want one set of rules across every build
- You prefer a monthly team to a string of projects
Not the right fit if
- You only need one process automated: a project is cheaper
- You want people placed in your office: we don't provide staffing
Process and price
How much does a dedicated automation team cost?
Start free with a 30-minute call, or with a $104 diagnostic. Teams start from $4,410 a month per engineer, with a three-month minimum, and each plan is quoted in writing, because it depends on team size and skills.

What is an automation centre of excellence?
It is one team that finds, prioritizes, builds and runs a company's automations under shared standards for quality, access and approvals.
How much does a dedicated automation team cost?
The first 30-minute call and the team profiles are free. The trial week is paid pro rata. A monthly team starts from $4,410 per engineer, with a three-month minimum; senior engineers from $5,040, and teams of five or more from $4,095 each.
How is this different from hiring developers or staff augmentation?
You don't hire anyone. We run the team, its standards and its replacements, and deliver working automations you approve. The engineers are not placed in your company.
Who owns the automations we build?
You do. Code, automations, prompts and documentation are built in your accounts and handed over.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with the free call, see profiles, then run a paid trial week before signing. If you only have one process, a single project is usually cheaper.
Do we need our own CoE, or can it be a service?
Many companies start with a CoE as a service and build their own later. The standards, roadmap and change log stay with you either way.
