Document Processing Automation
Document processing automation, checked where the AI is unsure
AI reads your invoices, forms and contracts and puts the data into your systems, and a person checks every field it is unsure of.
The original page beside every field · a log of every correction
Two ways to start
You know the documents
Free30-minute call, then straight to a pilot
Tell us which documents you process and where the data goes. We scope one document type with you and send a written pilot quote.
Still deciding? Call anyway, and we will tell you honestly if the diagnostic fits better.
Not sure where to start
$157Diagnostic, answered in 10 working days
A paid, written answer: which document type to start with, how accurate extraction is likely to be, and what it would save. Then you decide on a pilot, or stop.
Then every project follows the same road
In plain words
What is intelligent document processing?
Intelligent document processing means AI reads documents such as invoices, forms and contracts, pulls out the data and enters it into your systems, with a confidence score on every field and a person checking the fields the AI is unsure of. AI Automation Agency BD, an AI, data and IT services company based in Bangladesh, sets it up inside the systems you already use.

Documents we read
Which documents can we process, and who checks what?
Twelve common types, in four families. Each one shows what the AI reads and what a person checks.

How it works
How does document processing automation work?
In four steps: capture, classify, extract and validate. A person checks every field below your confidence bar, and every correction is logged. Pick a document to see it run.
Supplier invoices
Reads totals, lines and tax, posts confident invoices to the ERP and sends unsure fields to a reviewer.
Illustrative models. Your systems, rules and limits are mapped before the build.
See it
See the original beside the data
Reviewers check each unsure field next to the page it came from.
Test it
Prove it on your documents
The pilot runs on 20–50 of your real samples, with accuracy figures for each field.
Own it
Keep it in your systems
Data lands in your systems, and the runbook shows how to add new document types.
The confidence bar
How do you stop wrong data reaching your systems?
Every field gets a confidence score. You set the bar: below it, a person checks the field; above it, the data goes straight in.
Balanced. Clear fields go straight in, and anything unclear goes to a person.
Below your bar
A person checks it
Beside the original page, before anything is saved.
Above your bar
Straight into your system
Posted on its own, with its score on record.
Every correction is logged and used to improve the rules. The pilot measures accuracy field by field, so you set the bar on evidence.
A good fit if
- You receive the same document types again and again
- Typing errors cost you time or money today
- You want a person to check what the AI is unsure of
Not the right fit if
- Every document is different and needs expert reading
- You need legal or tax advice on the documents: we extract data, we don't advise
Process and price
How much does intelligent document processing cost?
Start free with a 30-minute call, or with a $157 diagnostic. Business process packages start from $1,575, and each later stage is quoted in writing, because the price depends on your document types, layouts and volume.

What moves your price
Starting from
$1,575
for a business process package. Many document types, handwriting or very high volume are quoted higher.
How many document types and layouts
Each layout is set up and tested on its own samples.
How many documents a month
Higher volume needs more monitoring and capacity.
How many fields need a person
A stricter bar means a bigger review queue to design and staff.

Not sure which documents to start with?
The $157 diagnostic tells you in writing which document type to start with, how accurate it is likely to be and what it would save.

What are intelligent document processing services?
A team sets up AI that reads your documents, extracts the data, checks it against your rules and enters it into your systems, with people checking anything the AI is unsure of.
How much does intelligent document processing cost?
The first 30-minute call is free, and a diagnostic is $157, fixed. The pilot is $525, fixed. Production starts from $945 per system, and managed operations from $788 a month. Each stage is confirmed in writing before it starts, because the price depends on document types, layouts and volume. Business process packages start from $1,575.
How accurate is intelligent document processing?
It depends on your documents. The pilot measures accuracy field by field on your real samples, and anything below your confidence bar goes to a person, so wrong data doesn't reach your systems unchecked.
Can it handle handwritten documents?
Often, yes, but handwriting is less reliable than typed text. Handwritten fields usually go to a reviewer, and the pilot shows how many.
Do we need to train an AI model first?
Usually not. Current models read most document types from a few examples. The pilot tests this on your samples before you commit.
How long does it take?
A pilot takes 15–20 working days. Starting with the diagnostic adds 10 working days. Production is quoted after the pilot.
